What we collect

When you order Panch Tulsi Ras or message us on WhatsApp we keep: your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, delivery address, the orders you place, and the messages you send us on WhatsApp. If you came from one of our ads, we also keep which ad you clicked.

Why we use it

• to confirm, pack and deliver your order and collect Cash on Delivery;
• to send you order updates on WhatsApp (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) and answer your questions;
• to see which of our ads work, so we spend less on the ones that don't.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to do the above: our courier partner (name, phone, address to deliver), Meta / WhatsApp (to send and receive WhatsApp messages), Razorpay (only if you pay online — to process the payment; we never see your UPI PIN or card details), and the secure cloud services that run our order system. We do not sell your information.

WhatsApp messages

Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and we will stop sending you updates. Reply START MESSAGES to turn them back on.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, accounts and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your details if you have no active order.
