These terms apply when you buy from VisionRoots VedoHerbs, a brand of VisionRoots Services Private Limited (Ground Floor, House No. H-53, H Block, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi 110028; GSTIN 07AAFCV8460R1ZF), through our website, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order you agree to them.
Product
Panch Tulsi Ras (20 ml) is an Ayurvedic herbal product, not a medicine. It does not claim to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease and is not a substitute for a doctor's advice or treatment. Results differ from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a long-term illness or take regular medication, consult a qualified doctor or vaidya before use. Keep out of reach of children. Use as directed on the bottle.
Price and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include delivery — Panch Tulsi Ras is ₹299 per 20 ml bottle with free delivery across India.
- You can pay Cash on Delivery, or online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your UPI PIN and card details are entered only with your bank / Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- An online order is confirmed only after the payment has been verified with Razorpay. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order (for example an undeliverable address, an unconfirmed Cash on Delivery order, or a suspected fraudulent order). If you already paid online, you receive a full refund.
